After his brother dies in a kung fu match-up, Chi Chu Cheng's (Meng Yuen Man) grandfather forbids him from training to fight again, steering him instead to more intellectual pursuits. Defying orders, Chi Chu leaves home to find a teacher who'll show him the deadliest moves, but each teacher turns up dead. That's because a killer named Daggers 8 (Wilson Tong) is under contract to destroy anyone who dares to help Chi Chu.
