Director Peter Gleason presents this horrifying vision of the future, a post-apocalyptic world where cannibalistic mutants terrorize the general population. The force behind this terror is Vincent, an ages old vampire who has turned Los Angeles into his personal blood farm, praying on the fear its citizens. Into this urban chaos walks Hunter, a strung out junkie who has just emerged from a toxic river and has no memory of where he is or how he got there. As he struggles to cope with the danger of his new home, Hunter begins to learn more and more about life in the new LA and about his own past. As he begins to learn the truth about himself, Hunter begins a journey of vampiric lust and addiction that may destroy him
