When their van breaks down, a female roller derby team, their manager, and a young couple they picked up on the road find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, there's a creepy old abandoned mental hospital close by where the gang can spend the night. But they soon learn that the place is terrorized by a malevolent spirit that has inhabited a strange little girl and is taking them out one at a time
