The young queen Blue Rose (Viola Ane Semb) prevails over the people of the blue elves that dwells in the deep caverns of the Blue Mountain. She is the guardian of the magical silver, with the eternal alternation of day and night is completed, and a good friend of Rotwichtel who live on the hill slope. As a dangerous glacier threatens the valley of the Blue Mountain, and thus to destroy the home of Rotwichtel sets out on Blue Rose Queen to find the blue horn.
