Raggsy, trying to play the big man, dips into Skinny Steve's stash. Wanted by the notoriously violent drug dealer, Raggsy goes to desperate measures to pay off his debt. What he doesn't realise is that his actions will hurt, not only himself, but also those closest to him. Raggsy the Runner is a story about drugs, stolen cars, and violence, but most of all, it is a story about loyalty and friendship.
