After being double crossed by his boss Dabla, Rajkumar takes revenge on him and becomes the ruling Don of the city. His arch enemy, Ronny, carries out several attacks towards him but fails every time. During one of Ronny's attacks, Raj is shot several times and almost killed. Ajay, happens to rescue Rajkumar and donates blood to him at the hospital. Later Rajkumar and Ajay become best friends and slowly Ajay begins to see Rajkumar's greed and inhumanity. Rajkumar expresses one day to Ajay that he wants to get married to Kajal, a girl who has been sold to Rajkumar by an uncle and the marriage is not under her consent. Ajay falls in love with Kajal and takes her away from the claws of Rajkumar. Later Rajkumar sets out to burn the whole city with his rage to kill Ajay.
