When attractive secretary Sarah Parker, sets out for an illicit weekend in the countryside with Steve, her adulterous office manager, the clandestine weekend takes a horrifying turn when Sarah arrives alone at the country hotel. There she is greeted by James, the hotel manager. With psychotic tendencies and a 'distorted' view on reality, James reads the wrong signs into Sarah arriving alone. Terrifying consequences soon unfold. By the time Steve arrives at the secret rendezvous, Sarah is nowhere to be found. Did she even arrive? Will Steve ever leave?
