In Vancouver, black expert basketball star Tyler 'Ty' Rivers has a cheating event with white "party animal" Nicole Alpern. A few months after Noah's birth Ty demands his rights as a daddy, supported by his black other half, Beverly, with whom he increases two children. Marcheson wins the case, yet Ty's lawyer, Daniel Gibson, takes it to the British Columbia court of Allure, where he wins based on a racial prejudice experience argumentation.
