Up against the tides, the teams need to traverse the rocks to prove to Gordon they can follow instruction and bring him precisely what he needs.Next, Gordon tests the contenders' ability to run a business in Wales's glorious Little Italy by the sea, Portmeirion. He asks the teams to create and sell pizzas to locals and tourists - whichever team takes the most money wins.Finally, it's crunch-time as the contenders come face-to face with Gordon.
